There are some differences between parts made by DLP and FDM methods. Firstly, DLP method provides models with surface and smoothness of walls than FDM method.Secondaly, the DLP parts can be used in lost-wax casting process. That is why, many of jewelers use this method in their own workshop to produce jewelry in any sophisticated shape.

The DLP method offers to us quality on 30 microns level and short printing time.

DLP

DLP DLP is a technology in which resin is cured by digital UV light. In this method we receive the high quality parts with smooth surface finish of the walls.

Important advantage of this technology is possibilityes to use special resin, which is used in lost-wax process. The material we use, after burning out, hardly ever leaves ash.
